We recommend booking your move as early as possible to ensure your preferred date is available, especially during busy season. However, we understand that unexpected moves happen, and we do our best to accomodate last-minute bookings whenever our schedule allows. Contact us to check availability.
At this time, we do not offer full packing services. However, we can provide moving boxes and supplies upon request to help make your packaging process easier. If you have any questions about preparing for your move, we're always happy to offer guidance.
Absolutely. In addition to residential and commerical moves, Priorty Moving and Freight specializes in transporting heavy, oversized, and specialty items. If you have a unique item that requires extra care, let us know in advance so we can ensure we have the proper equipment and plan in place.
We accept cash, cheque, e-Transfer (EMT), and all major credit cards. Please note that credit card payments are subject to applicable processing fees. Payment details will be discussed with you before your move so there are no surprises.
We offer free no-obligation estimates to all potential customers to help you better understand the expected cost of your move before making any decisions. Our pricing is based on several factors, including the number and type of items being moved, the size and complexity of the move, the distance being travelled, and any additonal services that may be required. We offer in house quotes to provide the most accurate estimate possible.
To secure your moving date, a non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your scheduled move time and is applied directly toward your final invoice, reducing the remaining balance due on moving day.
Payment for completed services is due within 30 days of the move completion date. If payment remains outstanding beyond this period, a 2% interest fee will be applied to the remaining balance every 30 days until the account is paid in full.
Customers are responsible for inspectnig their belongings following the completion of their move. Any concerns regarding damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of the move being completed via our Damage Claim Form
We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, including weather conditions, road conditions, or unforseen delays that may impact your scheduled move. In the event of a delay or change, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
